Kaufman stood outside the chopper looking around for any sign of Raine.

“If that rat bastard is a no show, I swear to God I’m gonna hunt him down and kill the sonofabitch,” he thought.

“Tell your men to get back into the choppers,” a voice said from off to his right. He spun to look but there was no sign of anyone.

“Do it right now or I’m gone,” Raine said.

“Hey, you called me, remember?” Kaufman replied angrily, “Show yourself or I’m outta here,” he demanded.

From close to his left Raine rose up from a prone position on the ground. He was wearing a camouflage suit which enabled him to blend in with the background.

“Nice,” observed Kaufman as Raine stood up, he had a pistol aimed right at his head.

“Tell your men to get back on board the choppers, now,” he said and Kaufman gave a hand signal for them to comply.

Once they were alone on the sand Raine indicated for Kaufman to follow him farther away as he wanted to talk in private.

“Well, Raine, I’m here, what is it you wanted to say?” Kaufman said.

“What would you say to having all the immigrants removed from our world, and in a way that the Coalition will never try the same thing again?” Raine said.

“You know the answer to that already. I’m of the same view as you are over this matter.”

“Good, then here’s what I want you to do.”
